How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after that — so most orders arrive in 6–10 business days total. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.90. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States from our base in Frisco, Texas.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still use our 30-day return window. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval, back to your original payment method.

Yes. We select every product for build quality, usefulness, and value — and we stand behind them with a 30-day return window.
Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?
Yes. Product photos and descriptions reflect what we ship. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
